The Service Technician is responsible for inspecting, diagnosing, and repairing customer vehicles to Chevrolet and dealership standards. This role ensures every vehicle is serviced with accuracy, efficiency, and a high level of care. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, safety-focused, and committed to delivering an exceptional customer experience.

What You’ll Do

• Diagnose, repair, and maintain vehicles according to GM and dealership standards
• Perform multi-point inspections and identify recommended services
• Document all work performed and maintain accurate repair records
• Communicate effectively with Service Advisors about vehicle needs and timelines
• Stay current with GM training, certifications, and service bulletins
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
• Test drive vehicles to verify repairs when needed
• Support a collaborative, team-oriented service department

What We’re Looking For

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Technician experience preferred; dealership or GM experience is a plus
• ASE or GM certifications are helpful but not required
• Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills
• Ability to use diagnostic tools, scan equipment, and repair software
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and perform physical tasks associated with repair work
