Service Technician - Modular Building Remodeling

• Shift: Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
• Location: Tallahassee, FL
• Pay Rate: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour

We’re seeking skilled Service Technicians with expertise in areas such as handyman services, basic electrical, basic plumbing, basic framing, or carpentry. Key Responsibilities:

• Perform full refurbishment, including floors, wall framing, and window cleaning.
• Remodel modular buildings, ensuring quality and safety standards.
• Inspect and replace framework using carpentry skills.
• Prep and install tiles.
• Clean and maintain modular buildings.
• Install structures and fixtures such as windows.
• Maintain inventory levels of tools, parts, and equipment required for tasks.
• Adhere to safety protocols and company policies, wearing necessary personal protective equipment (PPE).

Requirements:

• Experience in rough carpentry, including wall framing or subfloor installation.
• EPA Universal Certification 
• Previous remodeling experience required.
• Must pass background and drug testing.
• Reliable and flexible, with the ability to work overtime as needed.
