About the Role\n

We are looking for a full-time Service Technician to join our team in Minneapolis.

\n

The Service Technician will travel to customer locations to install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair commercial laundry and fabric-care equipment. This is a hands-on position that requires someone who enjoys solving problems, working independently, and interacting with customers.

Responsibilities\n

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair commercial laundry equipment
• \n
• Perform preventative maintenance and equipment servicing
• \n
• Install and service washers, dryers, and related equipment
• \n
• Respond to customer service calls and determine the best solution
• \n
• Travel to customer locations throughout the Minneapolis/St. Paul area and surrounding regions
• \n
• Communicate clearly with customers and provide professional service
• \n
• Maintain accurate service records and communicate parts or equipment needs
• \n
• Work independently while also being part of a team
• \n

Qualifications\n

• \n
• Mechanical, electrical, or technical troubleshooting skills
• \n
• Experience with equipment maintenance or repair
• \n
• Field service or service industry experience preferred
• \n
• Strong problem-solving and diagnostic abilities
• \n
• Ability to work independently and manage service calls
• \n
• Good communication and customer service skills
• \n
• Comfortable working with hand tools and mechanical equipment
• \n
• Technical degree, certification, or relevant hands-on experience is a plus
• \n
• Previous experience servicing commercial laundry equipment is a plus, but training will be provided to the right candidate
