Service Technician Responsibilities:
- Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair commercial foodservice equipment, including cooking, preparation, ware washing, weigh wrap, baking, and refrigeration systems.
- Travel directly from home to customer locations and perform on-site service calls with minimal supervision.
- Deliver outstanding customer service while meeting productivity and performance goals.
- Accurately document service activities, repairs performed, parts utilized, and equipment conditions.
- Maintain a clean, organized service vehicle and manage inventory effectively.
- Participate in on-call rotations and overtime as needed.
- Build strong customer relationships through professionalism, technical expertise, and responsive service.
Service Technician Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in HVAC, electrical systems, appliance repair, or building maintenance.
- High school diploma, GED, or trade school certification required; HVAC-related certification or degree preferred.
- Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to read and interpret schematics, wiring diagrams, and technical manuals.
- Valid driver's license with the ability to travel daily for service calls.
- Willingness to attend technical training at the company's headquarters in Troy, OH.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and customer service skills.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in the field.

Compensation: $22.00 - $36.50/hour DOE
