Position Summary

As a Ford Certified Service Technician, you will diagnose, maintain, and repair Ford vehicles while delivering high-quality workmanship and exceptional customer satisfaction. We're looking for professionals who take pride in fixing vehicles right the first time and enjoy working in a fast-paced, productive environment.

Responsibilities

• Perform repairs and maintenance as specified on repair orders efficiently and accurately
• Diagnose vehicle concerns using Ford diagnostic equipment and specialized tools
• Repair and maintain engines, transmissions, electrical systems, steering, suspension, brakes, HVAC systems, and more
• Test-drive vehicles and verify repairs
• Communicate repair needs and recommendations clearly with Service Advisors
• Complete warranty repairs according to Ford standards and manufacturer specifications
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area
• Continuously participate in Ford training and certification programs

Qualifications

• Ford Certification required
• Minimum of 2 years of automotive technician experience preferred
• Previous Ford dealership experience preferred but not required
• Strong diagnostic, electrical, and engine repair skills
• Experience using electronic diagnostic equipment
• Ability to work efficiently in a high-volume service department
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Positive attitude and commitment to continuous improvement
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• High school diploma or equivalent
