Compensation & Benefits

• Competitive hourly pay: $20.00-$23.00 per hour

What We Need From You

• Previous apartment maintenance, facilities maintenance, HVAC, construction, or related experience preferred.
• Working knowledge of electrical, plumbing, appliance repair, drywall, painting, and general maintenance.
• HVAC certification preferred or willingness to obtain.
• Ability to troubleshoot and complete service requests efficiently and professionally.
• Strong customer service skills and commitment to resident satisfaction.
• Valid drivers license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to participate in an on-call rotation and respond to after-hours emergencies.
