    ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES

    We are seeking a Product Evaluation Service Technician for an AI-driven medical device company which would be a great opportunity for someone with experience in troubleshooting, evaluating, and refurbishing medical equipment looking to further their career in medical device manufacturing and service.

    • Decontaminate and evaluate returned medical equipment; diagnose failures through systematic troubleshooting and component testing
    • Identify root causes by troubleshooting electronics issues, replacing circuit boards and other components as needed
    • Manage daily inventory cycles and expedite returns processing under fast-turnaround service protocols
    • Apply software updates and configurations to support product refurbishment
    • Collaborate with engineering and quality teams on complex technical issues

    ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS

    • High school diploma or trade school equivalent; minimum 2 years of experience in electronics manufacturing, assembly, or service environments
    • Strong troubleshooting skills with hands-on experience in medical equipment maintenance or electronics repair
    • Proficiency with diagnostic tools and hand tools; ability to follow detailed procedures and clearly document technical findings
