    Certified Service Technician – Ford/Lincoln Dealership

    ** $6000 Sign on bonus, Best pay plan in the area and Warranty bonus **

    We’re seeking an experienced and motivated Ford/Lincoln Certified Service Technician to join our growing Ford/Lincoln Service Team! The ideal candidate will have strong diagnostic and repair skills, be ASE and Ford Certified, and take pride in delivering exceptional workmanship and customer care.     What You’ll Do:

    • Perform vehicle repairs and maintenance as outlined on repair orders, efficiently and accurately

    • Diagnose and repair automotive systems, including engine, transmission, electrical, steering, suspension, brakes, air conditioning, and more

    • Test-drive vehicles and use diagnostic tools to identify issues and verify repairs

    • Communicate clearly with the Service Advisor regarding repair needs, timelines, and recommendations

    • Execute warranty repairs following manufacturer guidelines

    • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace

    • Stay up to date on Ford training, tools, and technologies

    Qualifications:

    • 2+ years of experience as an automotive service technician (preferred)

    • ASE certification 

    • Ford certification 

    • Prior experience at a Ford dealership (preferred)

    • Strong diagnostic and mechanical troubleshooting skills

    • Ability to operate electronic diagnostic equipment and follow repair procedures

    • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities

    • Detail-oriented with strong time management skills

    • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record

    • Positive attitude and eagerness to grow professionally
