As a Service Technician on our Boston team, you will join us on our mission of Bringing Happiness to Every Home by performing necessary service work in a safe and effective manner. You will report directly to our Installation Manager and work closely with our Lead Installers, Trainers, and Warehouse/Operations professionals.

What You'll Contribute

In this role, you can expect to:

Meet customers, take visual tour of service area, keep customer apprised of service progressPerform service on customer's windows and doors in a safe and effective mannerReview service completion with customer and secure required signaturesLeaves customer location in a clean and safe appearance
