Experience and requirements

• Foremen: 5+ years of commercial roofing service and repair experience required.
• Foremen: Expertise in TPO, EPDM, PVC, BUR and modified bitumen roofing systems.
• Foremen: Strong customer communication and crew leadership skills.
• Foremen: Valid driver's license, clean driving record and successful drug screening required.
• Technicians: 2-3 years of roofing service experience preferred.
• Technicians: Valid driver's license required.
• Technicians: Ability to lift 50+ pounds and climb ladders over 40 feet.
• Technicians: Reliable, safety-focused and willing to learn.
• All applicants: Ability to commute to the assigned work location.

We are looking for experienced commercial roofers to apply as a Service Technician. As a part of our team, you'll perform a variety of repairs, maintenance, inspections, and other roofing-related services within the state. Previous experience in commercial roofing (TPO, Built-Up, Modified, PVC, Standing Seam, etc.) is required for this position.
