What You Will Do:

• Fix technology with confidence: diagnose and repair GPS, machine control, survey, and laser equipment accurately and efficiently.
• Use your troubleshooting skills: identify issues, determine root causes, and implement effective solutions to keep equipment performing at its best.
• Deliver great customer experiences: communicate clearly and professionally with customers throughout the service process to ensure confidence and satisfaction.
• Prioritize safety every day: follow safety guidelines and procedures to protect yourself, your teammates, and customers.

What You Will Need:

• Technicaland mechanical aptitude: strong mechanical skills with working knowledge of electronics; experience with GPS or machine control technology is a plus.
• Effective communication abilities: clear and concise, written or verbal, whether partnering directly with customers or within our team. 
• Computerskills: ability to use computers and software for diagnostics, documentation, and work orders.
• Able to work independently and collaboratively: work well independently and as part of a team. 
• Keen attention to detail: pay close attention to the specifics. 

• Valid work authorization: candidates must have valid work authorization and be able to work in the U.S. without company sponsorship.
