Schedule

• Monday-Friday
• 7:30 AM-4:00 PM
• No nights or weekends as part of your regular schedule
• Overtime available based on business needs

What Youll Do

As a Service Technician Trainee, youll learn how to build strong customer relationships while maintaining and servicing commercial dishwashing equipment. Every day offers variety, independence, and the opportunity to develop valuable technical and customer service skills.

Youll learn to:

• Deliver outstanding customer service during scheduled service visits
• Maintain and service commercial dishwashing equipment
• Perform preventative maintenance to keep equipment running efficiently
• Deliver products and manage inventory at customer locations
• Build relationships with customers and identify opportunities to recommend additional products and services
• Manage your daily route and work independently after training

Who Were Looking For

You dont need previous service technician experience-were looking for people with the right attitude and a willingness to learn.

Youll be a great fit if you:

• Have a valid drivers license
• Enjoy working independently while serving customers
• Have strong communication and customer service skills
• Like learning new skills and solving problems
• Can use basic hand tools or are willing to learn
• Are dependable, organized, and self-motivated
• Are comfortable participating in an occasional on-call rotation
