About the Role:
Window World of Athens is looking for a motivated and dependable Service Technician/Warehouse Helper to join our growing team in Athens, GA! This is a hands-on role where you'll play a key part in delivering top-quality products and service to our customers every day.



Responsibilities:

• Assist with installation, repair, and service of windows, doors, and related products
• Support warehouse operations including receiving, organizing, and staging materials and inventory
• Load and unload delivery trucks safely and efficiently
• Prepare and pull orders for installation crews and service calls
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment
• Travel to customer job sites to assist with service and warranty work as needed
• Communicate professionally with team members and customers on-site

Requirements:

• Previous experience in construction, installation, warehousing, or a related trade preferred
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physical labor in varying weather conditions
• Reliable, punctual, and a strong team player
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Basic hand and power tool knowledge a plus
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
• Excellent communication skills and a customer-friendly attitude
