Technician Responsibilities
- Perform diagnostics, maintenance, and repairs efficiently and accurately
- Conduct inspections and identify necessary repairs
- Utilize factory diagnostic tools and equipment
- Maintain clear communication with service advisors and management
- Ensure repairs meet dealership and manufacturer standards
- Keep a clean and organized work area
Qualifications
- Previous automotive technician experience required
- Volvo or European brand experience preferred
- Strong diagnostic and electrical troubleshooting skills
- Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
