What You'll Do

• Diagnose and repair multiple different vehicles accurately and efficiently
• Perform maintenance and factory-recommended services
• Utilize the latest diagnostic equipment and repair procedures
• Communicate repair recommendations with service advisors
• Maintain quality workmanship while meeting productivity goals
• Contribute to a positive, team-oriented shop environment

What We're Looking For

• Previous automotive technician experience required
• Ford experience preferred, but not required
• Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills
• ASE certifications are a plus
• Valid driver's license
• Dependable, motivated, and committed to producing quality work
• Someone who values teamwork and takes pride in helping build a great culture
