We are actively searching for a talented and customer-focused HVAC Service Technician to join our growing team. If you take pride in solving problems correctly the first time and are committed to providing an outstanding experience on every call, we want to talk to you.

Compensation Up to $40.00 per hour, based on experience. Top-performing technicians routinely earn six-figure incomes through hourly pay, spiffs, and performance bonuses.

Role Overview Deliver expert maintenance, diagnostics, and repair services on residential HVAC systems. Represent Kayl Heating & Air by maintaining the highest standards of technical quality and customer care on every job.

Work Schedule Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 6:30 PM (Evenings, weekends, and on-call rotation required as needed)

Minimum Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of hands-on residential HVAC service experience
• High school diploma or GED
• Valid driver's license with a clean, insurable driving record
• Strong ability to read wiring diagrams and technical blueprints
• Advanced troubleshooting skills across a broad range of HVAC equipment
• EPA Universal Certification
• Willingness to invest in your own tools and continued education
• Comfortable working from ladders (up to 28' extension and 12' step)
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Proven reliability and leadership potential
