Service-to-Sales Team Member
Location: Fairfield County (Westport, CT) | Full-Time, Monday–Friday
Keeler Automotive Group is expanding our innovative Service-to-Sales program in Fairfield County, and we’re looking for hospitality-driven individuals ready to turn client experience into a high-earning career.

On-Target Earnings (OTE): $75,000 – $150,000+ annually
What You’ll Do:
- Deliver a high-level, hospitality-focused experience to service clients
- Identify opportunities for vehicle upgrades and ownership transitions
- Structure and manage deals, including conducting negotiations
- Perform vehicle appraisals to support trade-in evaluations
- Proficiently guide clients through needs assessment process
- Act as the bridge between service and sales for a seamless experience
- Build relationships, follow up, and drive long-term client satisfaction
- Learn and execute proven processes designed for success and income growth
What We’re Looking For:
- Hospitality or customer service background strongly preferred
- A people-first mindset with strong communication skills
- Management experience in a hospitality setting is strongly preferred
- Organized, detail-oriented, and process-driven
- Tech-savvy (Google Suite a plus)
- Coachable, positive, and team-oriented
- Motivated by income potential and career growth
