The Valet is to ensure an extraordinary client experience while creating client advocates. The Valet will ensure that all clients are greeted promptly and will help to create a warm, friendly environment during their visit. The Valet will be responsible for parking and retrieving service clients' vehicles in a timely and professional manner.
Greet clientsEscort client to appropriate memberPark cars in designated areasRetrieve cars for clientsFind and installs license platesNotify Assistant Service Manager (ASM) or Estimator if client is waitingKeep service drive free of vehiclesMaintain strict adherence to dealership policy on client vehicle care and operationAlert Manager to any damage to clients' vehiclesMaintain cleanliness of service drive and make sure it is clear of debrisDrive clients to requested destination as neededAssist clients at the car wash and Express Pay podiumHelp with car wash as neededMust be atleast eighteen years of ageMust have a valid driver's LicenseMust be able to pass pre employment screening (background and drug)High School Diploma or GED required1-3 months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
