Service Valet / Porter

Position Overview
Vandergriff Chevrolet is seeking a dependable, customer-focused Service Valet/Porter to support our busy Service Department. This position plays a key role in creating a positive customer experience by assisting with vehicle flow, maintaining dealership appearance, and helping service guests throughout the day.
Responsibilities
- Greet service customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Move customer vehicles safely throughout the dealership
- Maintain organization of the service drive and parking areas
- Assist advisors and technicians with vehicle transportation needs
- Shuttle vehicles to designated areas for service and delivery
- Keep the service lane clean, organized, and presentable
- Assist with customer pick-up and delivery processes
- Perform basic vehicle inspections for damage before and after service
- Wash, fuel, and prepare vehicles as needed
- Support dealership events and special projects as assigned
Qualifications
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Ability to drive both automatic and manual transmission vehicles preferred
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Strong attention to detail and safety
- Reliable attendance and punctuality
- Previous valet, porter, or dealership experience is a plus but not required

Schedule
Full-Time Position Monday – Saturday (Schedule assigned by management) Must be available to work Saturdays.
