What You'll Do 

As a Service Writer, you'll serve as the connection between our customers and technicians. 

Responsibilities include: 

• Greeting and assisting customers 

• Communicating vehicle concerns to technicians 

• Explaining repair recommendations and maintenance needs 

• Building long-term customer relationships 

• Keeping repairs moving efficiently through the shop 

• Supporting customer satisfaction and team success 

• This is a fast-paced role that combines customer service, communication, sales, organization, and problem-solving. 

The best Service Writers are: 

• Bilingual communication skills (English/Spanish) are a plus 

• Strong communicators 

• Positive under pressure 

• Comfortable talking with lots of people 

• Coachable and open to feedback 

• Team players who care about customers 

You do not need automotive experience to succeed here.  

You do need a willingness to learn. 

We've seen people from sales, hospitality, retail, restaurants, customer service, management, and bilingual customer-facing backgrounds become outstanding Service Writers.
