Job Overview
We are looking for a customer-oriented Service Writer to be the primary point of contact between our clients and our service technicians. Key Responsibilities

  • Issue Resolution: Handle customer complaints with professionalism and ensure all services are performed to the shop's quality standards.
Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Mechanical Knowledge: Strong understanding of automotive systems (brakes, suspension, engine diagnostics, etc.).
