3 years of experience in a similar role preferred Prior experience as an automotive service writer or advisor Automotive mechanical knowledge is a plus Strong communication and organizational skills Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Proficiency with shop management software (e.g., Tekmetric) ASE certification is a bonus Customer-focused with problem-solving ability Professional appearance and team-oriented mindset
What Youll Do as a Service Writer
