Our client, a major entertainment company located in Midtown, Manhattan is looking for a ServiceNow Administrator. This is a full time position (4 days onsite). This is a hybrid opportunity where the Client is looking for someone who can come into the office for meetings occasionally. This individual will have experience with the following modules ITSM, ITOM, ITAM and SPM.

SUMMARY
The ServiceNow Administrator is a new role within the Global Technology Operation organization which will be responsible for administering the organization's Information Technology Service Management, Enterprise Architecture Management , and Service Portfolio Management platforms. This role will be expected to have a thorough understanding of Information Service Management, Application & Project Portfolio Management, and Technology Risk Management. They will be the primary administrators of the organization's ServiceNow platform and will assist with daily administration, configuration, and testing in the platforms and their modules.

The Systems Administrator role will also provide end-user support, assist with data quality management and maintenance, lead interactive training sessions, and generate reports and metrics for key stakeholders and executive management.

RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Perform day to day support, administration, and maintenance of the ServiceNow platform
  • Monitor health, usage, and overall license compliance
  • Manage system incidents and coordinate issue resolution with vendors
  • Attend vendor conferences/trainings and stay current on product roadmaps
  • Recommend feature enhancements which will improve workflows and processes
  • Create and maintain reports, dashboards, homepages, notifications, catalog items and flows
  • Interact with key stakeholders and assist with the requirement gathering
  • Deliver training sessions to end users, and provide technical guidance as a subject matter expert
  • Assist with quality assurance and testing of new features and upgrades
  • Develop functional testing plans, test cases and documentation
  • Assist with system improvements while maintaining best practices and OOB configurations

QUALIFICATIONS
  • 3+ years' experience as a ServiceNow Administrator in an enterprise environment (Required)
  • Certified ServiceNow Administrator (CSA) certification (Required)
  • Experience with ServiceNow ITSM, ITBM/SPM (Required)
  • Experience with ServiceNow Discovery and ITOM (Required)
  • Experience with Integration Hub, Automation Engine, Flow and Workflow management modules
  • Experience with Application Portfolio Management concepts and insights
  • Understanding of business capabilities, business applications, and components
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to document and communicate technical information
  • Experience generating reports and interactive dashboards.
  • Experience with ServiceNow Performance Analytics (Preferred)
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze business processes and workflow
  • Understanding of Configuration Management Database (CMBD) components
  • Familiarity with Software Asset Management
  • Familiarity with JavaScript and XML
  • Familiarity with foundational ITIL principals
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams
  • Ability to multi-task, Highly Organized, with excellent time management skills
