Your Role

Akkodis is seeking a ServiceNow Administrator II for a Direct Hire with a client in Spring, TX. The ideal candidate for designing workflows, supporting ITSM modules, and delivering scalable solutions while maintaining platform governance and best practices.

Salary Range: $100K/Yearly to $130K/Yearly; The salary may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.

ServiceNow Administrator II Responsibilities include:

• Administer, maintain, and optimize the ServiceNow platform to ensure stability, performance, and scalability.

• Lead ServiceNow architecture and platform design initiatives while providing technical guidance and best practices.

• Design, develop, and implement workflows, automation, and integrations with enterprise applications.

• Support and enhance ITSM modules, including Incident, Change, Problem, Asset Management, and Service Catalog.

• Manage platform upgrades, deployments, and configurations across multiple ServiceNow environments.

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to deliver solutions, improve processes, and maintain platform governance within Agile/ITIL frameworks.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.

• 3-5 years of overall technology experience, including 3+ years of hands-on ServiceNow administration, development, and maintenance.

• Strong understanding of ServiceNow architecture, platform capabilities, workflow design, and enterprise application integrations.

• Experience supporting ITSM processes, including Incident, Change, Problem, Asset Management, and Service Catalog modules.
