Roles & Responsibilities
" Good exposure on ServiceNow AI platform, Now Assist, AI Control Tower, Moveworks AI Assistant, Predictive intelligence and workflow data fabric.
" Identify and prioritize AI / agentic use cases across service desk, application, and infrastructure operations
" Define architecture and decision framework for: Now Assist vs Predictive Intelligence vs Moveworks
" Design integrated ServiceNow + Moveworks solutions for conversational AI and workflow execution
" Drive implementation of: AI-assisted and autonomous workflows, Knowledge generation, triage, and resolution automation
" Establish AI operating model and governance (intake, lifecycle, risk, compliance, support)
