Title- ServiceNow Analyst Location- Bengaluru, KA Duration- Long Term Contract Role Description: The candidate will be responsible for ServiceNow administration, configuration, and development across various modules and integrations. Key responsibilities include: Developing ESS pages (Content Management) Creating and maintaining: UI Actions, UI Policies Access Control Lists (ACLs) Server-side scripts: Script Includes, Business Rules Configuration of License Management for compliance Working with domain separation and data/process design across domains Developing Composite Service Requests in the Service Catalog Integration using REST APIs, Web Services, MID Server Configuring complex reports and analyzing system logs ServiceNow Discovery configuration and data management Essential Skills: Strong knowledge and experience in: Incident, Problem, Change, Release, and Knowledge Management Asset Management, CMDB, Service Requests, SLM ServiceNow administration and customization UI policies/actions, ACLs, and domain separation Server-side scripting in ServiceNow We are committed to fostering a diverse, inclusive, and equitable workplace where individuals from all backgrounds feel valued and empowered to contribute their unique perspectives.
