Job Description:

• Experience 10+ Years of IT Experience with 5+ Years of ServiceNow Architecture
• ServiceNow to lead the design| implementation| and optimization of enterprise-scale ServiceNow solutions.
• The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in ServiceNow Discovery| CMDB| Custom Integrations| Data Transformation| ITSM processes| and Enterprise Service Mapping.
• The role requires strong technical leadership| architecture governance capabilities| and a thorough understanding of enterprise infrastructure components including DNS| domains| servers| networks| cloud platforms| and application dependencies.
• The Solution Architect will collaborate with business stakeholders| platform owners| infrastructure teams| and enterprise architects to deliver scalable and reliable ServiceNow solutions that improve visibility| operational efficiency| and service management maturity.
