That's why we encourage learning, growth, and trying new things-even if you don't have all the answers yet.Our culture is rooted in fierce determination, fearless integrity, and passionate service-but we also like to keep things collaborative, supportive, and down-to-earth.We're looking for people who:Are curious and excited about technologyLike solving problems and figuring things outCan take initiative but also enjoy working with a teamWant to keep learning, growing, and challenging themselvesIf you're someone who's eager to jump in, learn something new, and make an impact-you'll fit right in here.Responsibilities:Define and communicate the architectural roadmap for ServiceNow, ensuring alignment with business and IT strategy.Assesses technical issues and raises architectural decisions, evaluation of solutioning options, and recommended solution.Evaluate emerging ServiceNow capabilities and industry trends to inform platform evolution.Assists with the identification of overlapping projects or products for the same capabilitiesEstablish and enforce architectural guidelines, best practices, and governance frameworks across the platform.Collaborate with developers, administrators, and solution architects in technical design, development, and integrationEnsures all parts of the capability/product requirements are correctly incorporated into the technical design of services.Domain Expertise: Deep expertise of ServiceNow architecture, modules (ITSM, HRSD, ITOM, ITAM, etc), scripting, integrations, and platform capabilitiesServiceNow Certified System Administrator and at least 1 additional ServiceNow Certification including but not limited to: ServiceNow Certified Master Architect or ServiceNow Certified Technical ArchitectKnowledge of regulatory framework, security standards, and risk mitigation strategiesRequirements:Bachelor's degree in a related fieldTen (10) years of prior experience in a similar roleITIL CertifiedStrong communication and organizational skillsDoD 8570 Level II/III certification desiredActive Security Clearance RequiredIPTA is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
