Role:
Drive enterprise-wide ServiceNow transformation as a trusted advisor and platform leader.
You will bridge strategy, architecture, and execution to unlock measurable business value, guiding clients from implementation through full-scale adoption and long-term platform success.
Responsibilities:
Own client adoption roadmaps tied to measurable business outcomes including cost reduction, automation, productivity gains, and risk mitigation across enterprise ServiceNow platforms
Architect end-to-end ServiceNow solutions spanning four or more products including ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, SecOps, HRSD, SPM, and App Engine with a focus on scalability and security
Serve as technical authority across large-scale programs, guiding delivery teams to translate architecture into high-quality, maintainable solutions through design reviews and platform governance
Partner with ServiceNow account teams and client stakeholders to establish operating models, conduct health assessments, and identify value leakage and expansion opportunities
Lead technical discovery workshops, current state assessments, and future state design while owning critical decisions across integrations, CMDB/CSDM alignment, and API strategy
Leverage ServiceNow AI capabilities including Now Assist and Predictive Intelligence to introduce modern, AI-driven operating models that enhance platform adoption and ROI
Requirements:
Active ServiceNow Certified Technical Architect (CTA) credential along with CAD, CSA, or a minimum of two CIS certifications preferred
10 or more years of experience spanning enterprise architecture, consulting or professional services, and large-scale platform implementations
Proven track record leading end-to-end ServiceNow programs from architecture through adoption across four or more modules including ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, and SecOps
Deep knowledge of CMDB and CSDM frameworks, integration patterns including API and event-driven architectures, and modern cloud application design
Demonstrated experience establishing platform governance models and communicating effectively with C-level executives, business stakeholders, and technical teams
