Introduction
The role is responsible for designing systems architecture, conducting system design activities to ensure that architectural solutions meet technical and functional requirements. The position involves architectural analysis, evaluation, and designing systems that support and solve complex business and technical problems.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 10 years of experience in ServiceNow in the telecom domain
- At least 5 implementations of ServiceNow TSM & CMDB
- Experience in ServiceNow Architecture, TSM capabilities, CMDB data model, TSM configuration, Integration, Transform Map, REST API Explorer, Workspace, Dashboard, and UI builder
- Strong understanding of system architecture, design, and delivery of the ServiceNow Platform
- Prior work experience at client or in client's Industry

Preferred Skills & Qualifications
- Experience in ServiceNow solutioning, system Integration, TMForum Open APIs (TMF620, TMF621, TMF632, TMF674, TMF697)
- Understanding of regulatory requirements and organizational standards including security
- Ability to design systems compatible with cloud computing architectures
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Architect core TSM processes (Incident, Request, Problem, Change Enablement)
- Design service models, service offerings, and catalogs
- Ensure ITIL and ServiceNow best-practice alignment
- Define SLA/KPI models and reporting frameworks
- Design workflow orchestration using Flow Designer and IntegrationHub
- Define CMDB vision, scope, and roadmap
- Establish CMDB governance policies and ownership model
- Architect Discovery and Service Mapping solutions
- Review existing system architecture and recommend improvements
- Conduct architectural analysis, evaluation, and design of systems
