Summary:
We’re looking for a strategic and hands-on ServiceNow Architect to drive the design, governance, and evolution of a critical enterprise platform. In this role, you’ll ensure the platform supports our business strategy while delivering reliable, secure, and high-performing solutions across the organization.What You’ll Do:Lead the end-to-end strategy, design, and continuous improvement of the enterprise platformDefine and maintain architecture standards to ensure scalability, performance, and long-term sustainabilityOversee system performance, reliability, and availability, proactively identifying opportunities for optimizationEnsure data integrity, security, and regulatory compliance across all platform capabilitiesManage platform administration, including leading and mentoring platform administratorsDrive the development of efficient workflows, streamlined processes, and system integrations across enterprise applicationsCollaborate closely with infrastructure, application development, and service management teams to deliver cohesive, high-impact solutionsChampion innovation and best practices to continuously enhance platform capabilities and user experienceWhat You Bring:Experience leading or managing enterprise platforms or large-scale systemsStrong understanding of platform architecture, integrations, and governance frameworksProven ability to balance strategic vision with operational executionKnowledge of security, compliance, and data management principlesExperience guiding teams and influencing cross-functional stakeholdersA continuous improvement mindset with a focus on efficiency, scalability, and business valueWhy You’ll Love Working Here:At Roswell Park, every role contributes to something bigger. Qualifications:
Required Education and Experience1. Master’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field and the equivalent of eight (8) years of full-time experience in computer system hardware, operating systems and software, enterprise networking or computer systems security as it relates to technology used at the organization; or2. Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field and the equivalent of ten (10) years of full-time experience in computer system hardware, operating systems and software, enterprise networking or computer systems security as it relates to technology used at the organization; or3. Associates degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field and the equivalent of twelve (12) years of full-time experience in computer system hardware, operating systems and software, enterprise networking or computer systems security as it relates to technology used at the organization.NOTE: Degrees must be conferred by an accredited school, college, or university, or by an institution recognized by Roswell Park Comprehensive Cancer Center and/or Health Research Incorporated as adhering to acceptable educational standards.
