ServiceNow Architect (SNA) - SME

CGS is seeking a skilled ServiceNow Architect (SNA) - SME to support mission-critical operations for a federal client.

Skills and attributes for success:

• Design and implement ServiceNow platform solutions, establish governance standards, and develop scalable applications that support mission processes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• Analyze operational challenges and recommend improvements.
• Develop documentation, reports, and deliverables supporting mission objectives.
• Support continuous improvement, compliance, and operational efficiency.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of Recognized subject matter expert with exceptional expertise and leadership in the field.
• Active DoD Top Secret/SCI.
