Job Role: ServiceNow Architect
Location:Somerset, NJ
Mandatory Skills:
- ServiceNow Architecture & Implementation 8+ yrs: Senior Architect/Technical Lead experience with ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, CMDB, HAM/SAM, custom applications, ServiceNow architecture, deployments, upgrades, migrations, and integrations. Must have led 5+ end-to-end ServiceNow implementations.
- ServiceNow Integrations & ITAM 5+ yrs: Strong experience with third-party integrations, ServiceNow Service Exchange, Orchestration, cross-instance integrations, incident synchronization, foundation data, HAM Pro/SAM, license compliance, and merging multiple instances.
- GxP / CSV Compliance 3+ yrs: Hands-on experience delivering GxP-compliant ServiceNow solutions, including CSV, URS, SRS, IQ/OQ, RTM, 21 CFR Part 11, audit trails, and validation documentation.
Certifications Required:
- ServiceNow System Administrator
- ServiceNow Implementation Specialist ITSM / HAM / SAM / Discovery
- ITIL V3 Foundation
Key Responsibilities:
- Design ServiceNow technical architecture and solutions based on customer requirements.
- Lead ITSM/ITOM/ITAM/CMDB transformation and implementation projects.
- Provide technical guidance, mentoring, and best practices.
- Review requirements, estimation, integrations, migrations, upgrades, and production support.
- Ensure compliance, validation, license management, and ServiceNow environment governance.
