12+ years of experience in IT Infrastructure, Cloud, and Enterprise Architecture.
Proven experience leading infrastructure transformation and modernization programs.
Hands-on experience with cloud migration, platform upgrades, and data migration projects.
Experience implementing and managing CIS and NIST security standards.
Experience in vulnerability management and security remediation programs.
Experience with ServiceNow CMDB, ITAM, and ITSM solutions.
Experience defining asset management and configuration management processes.
Experience working with global teams and enterprise customers.
Experience in ServiceNow ITSM, ITAM, ITOM and CMDB Experience in Configuration Management, IT Asset Lifecycle Management, ITIL Processes (Incident, Change, Problem & Configuration Management), Stakeholder Management Experience in Cyber Security Architecture, Vulnerability Management, CIS Security Controls and Hardening and NIST Framework Implementation Exposure in Cloud Infrastructure.
