Overview

We are seeking a highly analytical ServiceNow Asset Management Analyst to support enterprise asset and configuration management initiatives within a large-scale IT environment. This role focuses on maintaining accurate infrastructure inventory data, validating hardware assets, supporting remediation efforts, and driving operational improvements across ServiceNow and related systems.

The ideal candidate will have experience with ServiceNow, IT infrastructure, asset management, analytics, and cross-functional operational support.

Key Responsibilities

• Support asset and configuration management activities within ServiceNow
• Analyze and validate infrastructure inventory and hardware records
• Investigate and remediate discrepancies related to network-connected assets
• Collaborate with asset owners, infrastructure teams, and SMEs to resolve issues
• Track and manage remediation efforts related to asset discrepancies and compliance risks
• Perform trend analysis and identify opportunities for process or tool improvements
• Support ongoing ServiceNow enhancements and Agile-related activities
• Produce reports, dashboards, and key operational metrics for leadership
• Assist with risk reduction initiatives tied to inventory accuracy and infrastructure visibility

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in:
  • Business execution
  • IT operations
  • Asset management
  • Business analysis
  • Strategic operations
• 1+ year of ServiceNow experience
• Working knowledge of:
  • IT infrastructure
  • Hardware and virtual environments
  • Network topology and IP concepts
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Experience working cross-functionally in enterprise environments

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with:
  • Inventory or asset management
  • ServiceNow asset/configuration modules
  • Agile environments
  • Reporting and dashboard creation
• Strong Excel and data analysis skills
• Experience within financial services or enterprise technology environments
