ServiceNow ATF Test Professional

We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow Test Professional with strong hands-on experience in ServiceNow Automated Test Framework (ATF). The candidate will be responsible for testing ServiceNow implementations, enhancements, workflows, and GRC-related modules.

• Strong hands-on experience with ServiceNow ATF (Automated Test Framework)
• Strong experience in ServiceNow testing and QA
• Experience with ServiceNow GRC/Risk and Compliance modules, including:
  • Control Testing
  • Emerging Risk
  • Enterprise Risk Identification
  • Incident Management
  • Issues Management
  • Operational Risk Events / Loss Events
  • Policy Management
  • Risk Acceptance / Risk Treatment
  • Risk and Control Self-Assessment (RCSA)
  • Risk Appetite Metrics (RAMS)
  • PRC
  • GRCM / Compliance Tooling
  • Compliance Testing

• Good understanding of the ServiceNow ATF framework and testing processes
• Basic domain and technical knowledge
• Experience with software analysis and design
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Good communication and interpersonal skills

• Develop and execute automated test cases using ServiceNow ATF.
• Perform functional, integration, regression, and end-to-end testing.
• Test ServiceNow GRC, Risk, Compliance, and related modules.
• Analyze requirements and create appropriate test scenarios and test cases.
• Identify, document, and track defects through resolution.
• Validate workflows, configurations, business rules, and integrations.
• Support regression testing for ServiceNow enhancements and releases.
• Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and functional teams to resolve testing issues.
• Analyze test results and provide clear status and defect reports.
• Ensure applications meet quality, functionality, and business requirements.

• 7 10 years of overall IT/testing experience.
• Strong hands-on experience with ServiceNow ATF.
• Experience testing ServiceNow GRC/Risk/Compliance functionality.
• Strong understanding of software testing methodologies and QA processes.
• Excellent communication and analytical skills.
