- 5+ years of Business Analyst experience.
- Minimum 3 years of ServiceNow Business Analyst experience.
- Experience with ServiceNow ITSM, ITOM, or HRSD modules.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
- Hands-on experience with Jira, Azure DevOps, or ServiceNow Agile Development.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills.
- Ability to work onsite 5 days per week in Columbus, OH.
- US Citizens and Green Card Holders only.
- Must be open to Contract-to-Hire employment.
- Gather and analyze business requirements from stakeholders.
- Conduct discovery workshops and document functional requirements.
- Create user stories and acceptance criteria.
- Design and document As-Is and To-Be business processes.
- Collaborate with development teams in an Agile/Scrum environment.
- Coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
- Support stakeholder communication and project delivery.
- Prepare training materials and user documentation.
