Role: ServiceNow Business Analyst – (Healthcare) Location: Reston, VA (Hybrid – 1–2 days/week) Job Type: Contract-to-Hire Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Business Analyst with 8–11 years of experience to support healthcare-focused initiatives. The ideal candidate will work closely with stakeholders, developers, and architects to gather, analyze, and translate business requirements into functional and technical solutions. This role requires strong Agile expertise, workflow analysis, and the ability to drive user stories and feature implementation. Key Responsibilities: Gather, analyze, and document business, functional, & non-functional requirements (including security and UX). Translate business needs into user stories, workflows, and acceptance criteria. Collaborate with developers, architects, and stakeholders to implement solutions. Participate in Agile ceremonies including Sprint and PI planning. Design and optimize business workflows and processes. Support API integration requirements and translate them into actionable stories. Mentor junior team members and act as a self-driven contributor. Assist in ServiceNow implementation and enhancements (CSM, ITSM, CRM modules preferred). Required Skills & Qualifications: 8–11 years of experience as a Business Analyst. Strong experience in Agile methodologies. Expertise in requirement gathering, workflow creation, and user story development. Experience working with APIs and system integrations.
