Seeking a talented and driven ServiceNow Business Analyst to join their dynamic team.
Role Overview:
As a ServiceNow Business Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in bridging the gap between IT and business needs, leveraging ServiceNow as a platform to enhance operational efficiency and drive business outcomes. You will collaborate closely with stakeholders to understand requirements, design solutions, and facilitate the implementation and optimization of ServiceNow applications.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements, translating them into ServiceNow solutions.
- Design, configure, and customize ServiceNow applications/modules based on business needs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of ServiceNow solutions with organizational goals and best practices.
- Develop detailed documentation, including functional specifications, user stories, process flows, and technical design documents.
- Conduct workshops, training sessions, and demonstrations to ensure effective adoption and utilization of ServiceNow functionalities.
- Participate in testing, quality assurance, and post-implementation support activities.
- Leverage solid skills in Microsoft Office 365, including Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Project, and Visio for effective documentation and communication.
- Utilize BA tool sets such as Jira, Confluence, and Tableau to enhance the analysis, documentation, and reporting processes.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Proven experience (8 years) as a Business Analyst with a focus on the ServiceNow platform.
- In-depth knowledge of ServiceNow modules such as Incident Management, Change Management, Service Catalog, etc.
- Proficiency in configuring and customizing ServiceNow using workflows, business rules, UI policies, and other relevant tools.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex business requirements into technical solutions.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience with Microsoft Office 365 tools and BA tool sets like Jira, Confluence, and Tableau.
- ServiceNow certification(s) (e.g., Certified Implementation Specialist) preferred.
