ServiceNow Business Systems Analyst – IT Asset Management

Role Summary

AgreeYa is a global Systems Integrator and is seeking an experienced ServiceNow Business Systems Analyst (IT Asset Management) to join our growing team. In this role, you will partner with cross-functional stakeholders to support and optimize Software Asset Management (SAM Pro) and Hardware Asset Management (HAM Pro) processes within ServiceNow. You will be responsible for gathering and documenting business requirements, analyzing asset and CMDB data, mapping end-to-end asset lifecycle processes, supporting software compliance and audit initiatives, and contributing to IT Asset Management product roadmap planning by identifying enhancement opportunities and prioritizing business needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather and document requirements for: 
  
  • Software Asset Management (SAM Pro) 
  • Hardware Asset Management (HAM Pro) 
• Map asset lifecycle processes: 
  
  • Request → Procure → Deploy → Maintain → Retire 
• Support software compliance initiatives: 
  
  • License tracking 
  • Reconciliation 
  • Audit readiness 
• Document integrations with tools like SCCM, Intune, Jamf, etc. 
• Analyze asset and CMDB data for accuracy and completeness 
• Work with procurement, finance, and security teams for requirement alignment 
• Define reporting needs: 
  
  • License compliance 
  • Inventory accuracy 
  • Cost optimization 
• Support UAT and validation of asset workflows 
• Create documentation: 
  
  • Process flows 
  • Data models 
  • SOPs
