Rheinmetall 4iG Digital Services R4 is a joint venture between Rheinmetall, a globally leading supplier of defence and automotive products, and 4iG Hungarys leading IT systems integrator. R4 was founded end of 2022 with its headquarters in Budapest and the initial mission to provide project- and operations-related IT services to Rheinmetalls local subsidiaries in Hungary and worldwide. Based on business requirements and opportunities, R4 plans to progressively expand the scope of its services for internal and external customers alike. Job Description

In order to achieve our common goals, we count on you:

• Develop and maintain our ServiceNow Service Catalog
• Create and update Catalog Items and Order Guides
• Use Variables and Variable Sets
• Catalog UI Policies and Catalog Client Scripts
• Design, configure, and develop flows, subflows, and workflows
• Understand and implement customer and business requirements
• Consult product owners and the organization on ServiceNow best practices and capabilities
• Be involved in team decisions, where everyone can contribute to the team regardless of the experience

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• A Bachelors degree in computer science, information technology, business, information technology, or a related field with relevant working experience
• Professional experience of at least 1 year with the ServiceNow platform
• Core knowledge of the ServiceNow platform architecture, design, and handling
• Capacity to communicate technical, architectural, and organizational problems and propose solutions
• Ability to work closely with other parts of the organization
• A thorough way of working with an eye for detail and thinking ahead
• Strong analytical skills paired with a distinct service and customer orientation
• Self-driven to solve problems and overcome roadblocks
• Positive and solution-oriented mindset and a strong team player
• Good proficiency in English, business level, both written and spoken
• Proficiency in German, business level, both written and spoken
