Skills:
• ServiceNow Java scripting.
• Familiarity with Rest API integrations.
• Managing users, groups, roles, and basic instance configuration.
• Configuring role-based access and user/group permissions.
• Configuring tables, forms, lists, fields, and dictionary entries.
• ServiceNow code reviewing.

This position will serve as a transitional role. Initially, the primary responsibility will be managing and fulfilling administrative requests related to access and group management within the ServiceNow platform. The role will also provide Level 3 support for simple ServiceNow incident tickets assigned to our team. In addition, this position will help design and implement automated solutions for the current manual access and group management processes, transitioning those requests into the ServiceNow request catalog. Initial Responsibilities

• Fulfill ServiceNow-related administrative requests currently tracked in Jira.
• Examples:
  • Non-production access requests
  • Group creation
  • Entitlement updates
  • Other platform administration activities

Future Responsibilities
As manual work is automated, the role will transition toward:

• ServiceNow automation development
• Request Catalog enhancements
• Platform integrations
• Monitoring and observability tool integration
• Dashboards and reporting
• ServiceNow Spaces enhancements
• Portal development
• Platform engineering activities:
  • Plugin implementations
  • Test automation
