Duration: 6+ Months of Contract

Must Have: ServiceNow Platform, CSM, HRSD, ITSM, Service Portal, Employee Center, CMDB, Discovery, ITOM, Integration Hub, Flow Designer, UI Builder, App Engine, Performance Analytics.

Job Summary
We are seeking a highly experienced with 10+ years of ServiceNow expertise to lead the design, implementation, and enhancement of enterprise ServiceNow solutions. The ideal candidate should have strong experience across CSM, HRSD, ITSM, Service Portal/Employee Center, ServiceNow Platform, and integrations.
Key Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end ServiceNow solution design and implementation.
Architect and deliver solutions across CSM, HRSD, ITSM, Service Catalog, Knowledge Management, and Service Portal/Employee Center.
Drive platform governance, best practices, scalability, and performance optimization.
Develop and support integrations using REST, IntegrationHub, MID Server, and third-party applications.
Configure and customize ServiceNow using Flow Designer, UI Builder, Business Rules, Client Scripts, and App Engine.
Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable solutions.
Mentor development teams and provide technical leadership.
Required Skills
Strong expertise in CSM, HRSD, ITSM, Service Portal/Employee Center, CMDB, Discovery, and ITOM.
Hands-on experience with Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, UI Builder, App Engine, Performance Analytics, Virtual Agent, and AI capabilities.
Strong ServiceNow platform development skills including JavaScript, Glide APIs, ACLs, Business Rules, and Script Includes.
Experience leading large-scale ServiceNow implementations and upgrades.
Preferred Certifications
CSA, CAD
CIS-ITSM, CIS-CSM, CIS-HRSD
CTA or Certified Master Architect (preferred)
