Capgemini Government Solutions (CGS) LLC is seeking highly motivated and experienced mid-senior level Remote ServiceNow Developer to join our team to support our government clients. You will have the chance to use and develop your skills, work with a driven and innovative team, engage with different collaborators, and strengthen CGS’ capabilities.
The successful applicant will have the opportunity to apply and grow their skillset, work with a motivated and entrepreneurial team, engage with a wide range of stakeholders, and build CGS’ capabilities to serve our clients.
Job Responsibilities
Job Responsibilities As a ServiceNow Developer, You Will
- Design and implement solutions for new application improvements.
- Coordinate integration of ServiceNow modules, APIs, and user interfaces.
- Provide ongoing support and peer reviews throughout sprints.
- Lead investigations into production issues and complete technical tickets.
- Remediate O&M defects and develop solutions for new requirements.
- Ensure successful implementation and maintenance of ServiceNow applications.

Qualifications
Required Qualifications
- U.S. Citizenship is required.
- Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret Government Security Clearance.
- Associate degree or Equivalent experience.
- 3+ years of experience with the ServiceNow platform.
- Proficiency in JavaScript, Glide scripting, React, HTML, CSS, and AJAX.
- Experience with ITSM modules and Agile development environments.
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator.
Desired Qualifications
- An active Secret Government Security Clearance.
- Strong communication and team building skills.
- ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (Preferred)
- ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (Preferred)
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- High level of attention to detail and excellent problem-solving skills.
- Hands-on experience with CMDB.
- Understanding of database concepts, including SQL.
- Demonstrated focus on providing exceptional customer service and adaptability to handle shifting demands.
- Willingness to continuously learn and stay updated with the latest ServiceNow features and industry trends.
Salary band: $90,000-$140,000 annually.
