Detailed Job Description

Develop and enhance ServiceNow AI Control Tower capabilities focused on discoverability, observability, governance, and security of enterprise AI solutions. Build and integrate AI-powered services, identify product gaps, and collaborate with product teams to drive platform improvements. Support development of RAG, LLM, and Agentic AI solutions on the ServiceNow platform.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and configure ServiceNow applications, workflows, and integrations for AI Control Tower.
Build AI services leveraging RAG, LLMs, AI Agents, and ServiceNow AI capabilities.
Implement AI governance, observability, monitoring, and security controls.
Develop dashboards and reporting for AI operations and compliance.
Identify platform/product gaps and provide feedback to product engineering teams.
Integrate ServiceNow with enterprise AI platforms and external systems.
Follow Agile, DevOps, and ServiceNow development best practices.

Experience: 5-8 Years

Preferred Certifications: ServiceNow CSA, CAD, AI/GenAI Certifications.
