Our Client, an Aerospace and Defense company, is looking for a ServiceNow Developer for their Remote location.
 
Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain custom workflows/flows, APIs and other capabilities as needed/assigned.
  • Develop and maintain unit tests as part of development cycle.
  • Maintain Knowledge Articles as associated with functionality and as assigned.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation, including design specifications, test plans, and user guides.
 
Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
  • 3–5 years of ServiceNow development experience
  • Strong expertise in Flow Designer and/or ServiceNow Workflow Editor
  • Proficiency in JavaScript, Glide APIs, and ServiceNow scripting
  • Experience with ServiceNow data model, UI policies, business rules, and client scripts
  • Hands-on experience with integrations (REST/SOAP, JSON, XML)
  • Advanced knowledge of ServiceNow back-end functionality and operations, including working across multiple application scopes, and system table structure
  • Solid understanding of SDLC and Agile methodologies
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically and creatively
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced remote-work environment
  • Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
