Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled ServiceNow Developer with strong expertise in JavaScript, AngularJS, ServiceNow platform customization, workflow automation, integrations, and platform administration. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, configuring, and maintaining ServiceNow applications while ensuring scalability, performance, and adherence to best practices.
Key Responsibilities
ServiceNow Development & Customization
Develop and customize ServiceNow applications using JavaScript, Glide API, and platform scripting.
Create and maintain Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes, UI Policies, UI Actions, and Catalog Client Scripts.
Design and enhance custom forms, modules, and service catalog items.
Develop and maintain custom Service Portal pages, widgets, and components.
Workflow Automation
Design, configure, and maintain workflows using Flow Designer and related automation capabilities.
Automate business processes to improve operational efficiency and reduce manual effort.
Build and optimize approvals, notifications, and task management workflows.
Integration Management
Develop and manage integrations with external systems using REST and SOAP web services.
Configure inbound and outbound integrations with enterprise applications.
Troubleshoot and support API-related issues, ensuring secure and reliable data exchange.
Platform Administration & Maintenance
Manage users, groups, roles, and Access Control Lists (ACLs).
Handle Update Sets, code migrations, and deployment activities across environments.
Support ServiceNow upgrades, patching, and platform maintenance activities.
Monitor platform health, performance, and system compliance.
Front-End Development
Utilize HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and AngularJS for UI development and Service Portal customization.
Develop responsive and user-friendly interfaces aligned with business requirements.
