Role Description:
5-8 years of solid experience with the administration, configuration, maintenance, integration, and upgrade of the ServiceNow platform
4+ years of experience with ServiceNow development with a focus on integrations
Understanding of ServiceNow data model, tables and relationships
Extensive experience with ServiceNow integration solutions including: ServiceNow APIs, SSO, SAML, Web Services, LDAP, JDBC, ODBC, REST and SOAP
Experience developing ServiceNow APIs, ServiceNow Workflows, Flow Designer, UI Pages, UI Macros, Business Scripts, Client Scripts, UI Scripts, UI Actions, UI Policies, Script Includes, Security Rules
Experience with scripting languages such as JavaScript, Angular.js, Perl, Powershell
Experience with ServiceNow Integration Hub for rapid integration development and automation
Knowledge of ServiceNow orchestration for automating IT processes
Solid understanding of data mapping, transformation and synchronization techniques
Experience implementing REST API integration with third party tools and cloud platforms such as AWS and Azure
Good functional and technical understanding and implementation experience with ServiceNow ITOM discovery and CMDB
Good knowledge and experience with ServiceNow CSDM framework
Ability to create custom reports, dashboards and visualizations
Familiarity with ServiceNow Performance Analytics
Experience with backend SQL Server development is preferred
Strong problem-solving skills, communication and collaboration skills
Design, configure, implement, and maintain ServiceNow IT Operations Management (ITOM) Discovery of both On-Premises and Cloud resources (AWS & Azure)Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, define and implement integration solutions to meet the business needs
Provide technical stewardship and play a key role in the transformation of IT Service Delivery while supporting current state.
