Job Description
BCMC is looking for individuals with mid-level ServiceNow Developer experience to support customer environment operations. These are REMOTE positions.The ServiceNow Developer is a technical resource possessing ServiceNow administration capability and is able to design, build, and customize ServiceNow applications and services. Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:
- Assist with the design, prototype, implement, test, and deploy business rules and technical solutions
- Develop custom integration components and integrate legacy systems with platform using mid-server and other relevant technologies
- Document, maintain and update policies, procedures and controls for the platform operation and software development life cycle while promoting agile development.
- Assist ServiceNow System Administrators with incident resolution, as needed
- Designs and develops new ServiceNow applications and services
- Assist ServiceNow Business Analyst in estimating release level of effortRequired Skills:
- U.S. Citizenship.
- Must have an active DoD Secret Clearance.
- Must be able to obtain DHS Suitability• Knowledge of the principles, methods, and techniques used in ServiceNow development• Experience with gathering requirements, database design schemas, and data modeling• Experience with process and solution integration, workflow design/configuration, and reporting• Experience with Integration components (SSO, LDAP, e.g.) and web technologies (XML, HTML, JavaScript, and Web Services)• Experience with LDAP Integration, ServiceNow Development APIs, and diagnosing performance related issues• Perform configuration, integration, and other hands-on technical activities in relation to implementation of ServiceNow• Implement and configure ServiceNow HR Service Delivery (HRSD), Employee Center Pro (ECP), Integration Hub, Performance Analytics, Virtual Agent, Knowledge Management, and other products and capabilities on the platform.• Implement ServiceNow customizations including UI Policies, UI Actions, Business Rules, Client Scripts, workflow administration, and data import• Participate in full software development life cycle: Analysis, Design, Coding, Testing, Training, and Operational supportDesired Skills:• Experience supporting Intelligence, DoD, or DHS Customers• Experience with process development and deployment• Web Service Integration (API Web Services) experience• Single Sign-on configuration and administration• SQL ExperienceRequired Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or related technical field.
