The Panther Group is seeking an experienced ServiceNow Developer to support a dynamic and complex enterprise environment. This role focuses heavily on workflow design, automation, and platform optimization, helping improve operational efficiency and user experience across multiple ServiceNow instances.

This is a fully remote, long-term contract opportunity with a collaborative, fast-paced team.

***Not open to C2C or third party agencies. No Visa sponsorship for this role. Must be able to get a US Security Clearance if required***
What You’ll Do
  • Design, develop, and maintain ServiceNow workflows and Flow Designer solutions
  • Build and support custom applications, APIs, and integrations (REST/SOAP, JSON, XML)
  • Develop and execute unit tests as part of the development lifecycle
  • Configure and maintain business rules, UI policies, and client scripts
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions
  • Create and maintain technical documentation, including design specs and user guides
  • Support and maintain Knowledge Articles related to platform functionality
  • Work across multiple ServiceNow instances and application scopes
What You Bring
  • 3–5+ years of ServiceNow development experience
  • Strong experience with Flow Designer and/or Workflow Editor
  • Proficiency in JavaScript, Glide APIs, and ServiceNow scripting
  • Experience with ServiceNow data model and backend functionality
  • Hands-on experience with integrations (REST/SOAP APIs)
  • Solid understanding of SDLC and Agile methodologies
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently in a remote environment
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • U.S. Citizenship required
Nice to Have
  • Experience with Incident, Request, and Knowledge Management modules
  • Familiarity with Automated Test Framework (ATF)
  • Front-end skills (HTML, CSS, JavaScript)
  • Experience presenting technical solutions or process improvements
  • Ability to build solutions from concept to MVP
 
Pay up to $68.89 per hour DOE
